Please advise of any food allergies at the time of booking - we will do our best to cater but this is not always possible.

Our sessions are suitable for children 6 months (and sitting unaided) to 5 years old.

At ALL times you should be able to see your child/ren as they are in your care and are your responsibility.

Should you be required to leave the messy play area for any reason, please take your child/ren with you to ensure they remain in your care.

We do our best to cater to allergies/intolerances if we are advised. However we do still use products that state "may contain traces of" products.

All materials are made with the knowledge they will be played with under constant supervision of a parent or carer.

Parent or carer accepts full responsibility for their child/ren who must be supervised at all times.

We make every effort to supply items that are either edible, non-toxic/hypoallergenic. However we advise that all materials provided including foodstuffs are not to be consumed by the babies/toddlers as some products (despite being edible) may present a choking hazard. We do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any accident, allergic reaction or illness found to be directly attributed from any product or item provided. It remains the responsibility or the parent/carer in attendance for supervising the child/ren they are accompanying.

We recommend dressing your child/ren and yourself in clothing you do not mind getting dirty and/or possibly stained. We take no responsibility or liability for any clothes or belongings that are damaged, stained or marked.

Under no circumstance will Messy Mates 2022 LTD take responsibility for loss or damages to personal possessions during a messy play session.

You and your child/ren must adhere to any and all health and safety precautions set out by the hire space.

You are responsible for ensuring what products are suitable if your child suffers from allergies by asking the Messy Mates team before the session or on the day.

The messy play floor may become slippery during the sessions. Please take care and walk slowly around the stations to minimise the risk of slips, trips or falls.

Messy Mates 2022 LTD reserves the right to require anyone, adult or child, to leave a session if their behaviour is likely to threaten the safety or enjoyment of others. Attending parents/carers are responsible for the safety of their child/ren during each session. This includes the use of all materials and equipment and to ensure that you and your child/ren behave in a way to not cause injury or abuse to other children or adults.

Please do not attend the session with your child if you or them are unwell and risk infecting other children. Messy Mates 2022 LTD reserves the right to request a child leave the session if it is felt they are an infection risk to others. As an example, where a child has suffered from sickness and diarrhea it is advised to avoid group activities for 48hours.

We regret we are unable to provide refunds for non-attendance. Due to hire costs, labour costs and material costs we can not offer refunds on tickets. You are welcome to on-sell your ticket. In some circumstances (by mutual agreement only) it may be possible for us to help with this or swap your ticket for another class - please talk to a Messy Mates team member.
