No, we don’t run timed sessions during term time, you are welcome to Stay & Play anytime during our open hours (9.30am and 2.00pm). 

Our online booking system is done by hourly slots to help us manage capacity and keep everything running smoothly. On busy days, we may close certain hours online so they are not available to book to allow us to control numbers in the studio and avoid overcrowding. 

No, we are open 9.30am - 2.00pm with no set sessions, you are welcome to pop in anytime. We manage safe capacity in the studio, so walk-in’s may get turned away if we are full. 

While bookings are not required, we recommend checking online if a session is full or give us a call to check. 

We totally understand that kids get sick! If your child is unwell, please let us know as soon as possible — where we can, we’ll do our best to offer a reschedule or credit.

• More than 12 hours’ notice: You can reschedule your session or receive a credit to use at a later date.

• Less than 12 hours’ notice: Unfortunately, cancellations within this timeframe will result in the session being forfeited.

No Shows - If you do not attend your booked session, the session will be forfeited.

No, but our quieter days are typically Mondays, Thursdays and Sunday. This may change depending on weather. If you are wanting to come for a session, you are always welcome to give us a call to check what numbers are like. 

The studio also tends to be quieter around 12.30pm most days.

Yes, absolutely. There is dedicated pram parking inside the studio and on busy days, we create an additional designated pram area outside. 

We also have shelving behind a baby gate for shoes and bags.
